EMBOSSING MACHINE MOD. GF-ME 520

The machine consists of a sturdy steel frame housing the return rollers, the embossing counter-rollers, and the embossing cylinder group.
The return rollers flip the material before it enters the embosser and guide it out afterward.
The two counter-rollers are made from thick-walled tubes, mounted on supports fixed to the lateral frames. Their movement is powered by a gear motor driven by an inverter and a gear transmission system.
The embossing cylinder is made from a thick-walled tube with a rhomboid mesh pattern.
Above the embossing cylinder are heating elements that heat the embossing relief and maintain it at the set temperature.
The material to be embossed is pulled over the two counter-rollers, while the embossing cylinder rotates above them, imprinting the design at the points of contact.
