CONTINUOUS WEIGHING BLENDING PLANT Mod. 1040 

System designed for continuous mixing of two or more types of different materials, with precise weighing and homogeneous blending for batches of any size.
This system is particularly applicable in the nonwoven sector.

The system consists of:

• Bale openers (the number varies according to the components to be mixed).
• Electronic scales (mounted on load cells).
• Transverse belt (for collecting material falling from the scales).
• Opening mixer (positioned at the transverse belt’s exit).
• General control electrical panel.

This system ensures extremely high accuracy in both weighing and mixing and provides the advantage of delivering real-time reports and statistical data of the ongoing production. Furthermore, it can be remotely controlled with any personal computer.
