CUTTING UNIT MOD. LF.LC-200

Machine designed for cross and longitudinal cutting of batting, laminated materials, and non-woven fabrics in general, with a particular focus on thermofused polyester products.
The load-bearing structure is made of welded steel.

Longitudinal cutting is performed with a double "scissor" circular blade system, powered by an AC motor with electronic speed variation for voluminous materials, and with circular blades pressed against a hardened steel cylinder for non-voluminous materials.

Cross cutting is performed with a special HSS steel disc, powered by an AC motor with electronic speed variation to adapt the cutting speed to the type of material being processed.
The transport calander is made with two cylinders, where the upper cylinder is pneumatically raised.
A material press device ensures that the material is pressed during the cross-cutting process, enabling a clean and precise cut.
The cutting length can be preselected.
