TURN DEVICE Mod. WEB 90

To optimize the use of the line with our STRATO technology and to produce traditional folded products with the same line, this special device is required. It "rotates" the web coming from the carding machine by 90°, allowing it to feed directly into the STRATO head at high speed.
This device has a self-supporting structure where three crossed conveyors are mounted, with a polished stainless steel crossbar positioned at 45°.
The conveyors are powered by independent motors to regulate the stretching of the web.
The web from the carding machine is pulled between a conveyor and the plane preceding the polished crossbar. From this crossbar, the web falls onto a lower conveyor positioned at 90° relative to the feeding conveyor. This lower conveyor feeds the web into the STRATO head.
