Description:

The vertical lapper is a simple and functional device for producing bulky nonwoven fabrics. It is an extremely versatile machine with a small footprint that works in tandem with a hot air thermobonding oven with two belts.

The vertical lapper mainly consists of 2 disk shafts, individually driven by gear motors, which are controlled by inverters.

By adjusting the speed ratio of the disk shafts, the thickness of the lapped product can be varied, while adjusting the speed of the oven belts regulates its density and/or weight. Moreover, by varying the speed of the upper belt of the thermobonding oven, the inclination of the laps can be changed, thus altering the characteristics of the finished product.
