VERTICAL FOLDER MOD. FV200

The vertical folder is a simple and functional device for the production of bulky nonwoven fabric. It is an extremely versatile and compact machine that operates in tandem with a hot air thermo-bonding oven equipped with two conveyor belts.

The vertical folder mainly consists of two disc shafts, individually controlled by gear motors, which are in turn regulated by inverters.
By adjusting the speed ratio of the disc shafts, the thickness of the folded product can be modified. Changing the speed of the oven's conveyor belts regulates the density and/or weight of the product. Additionally, adjusting the speed of the upper belt in the thermo-bonding oven allows variation in the inclination of the folds, thereby altering the characteristics of the final product.
