The thermofixing oven is made up of modular 2-meter sections built with a sturdy welded steel structure. The walls are insulated with rock wool and have a thickness of 100 mm.
Thanks to the modular structure of the system, additional heating and cooling zones can be added to increase the oven's capacity.
Each module has its own heating, ventilation, temperature control, and air filtration system. The material being processed is held between two conveyor belts designed with a special open-mesh pattern that allows for a high air passage. The upper belt and nozzles can be adjusted in height independently in each oven section.
Thanks to the special arrangement of the nozzles, there is a high and uniform flow of hot air on both sides of the material, which results in a short heating period and optimal retention of the product's bulk.
At the oven's exit, there is a cooling zone where ambient air is drawn through the material while it is still held between the two conveyor belts. The corresponding fan is regulated by an inverter for continuous control.
