CAKE OPENER Mod. 1053

Machine particularly suitable forthe opening of dyed staple fibers and for subsequent feeding of the dryer.
This operation is made possible thanks to a special opening unit, located on the loading side of the vertical spiked conveyor. For this purpose, the model 1053-2T with two feeding belts is recommended.
The model with a single feeding belt (mod. 1053) is used to feed the dryer with opened (non-compacted) fiber.
The machine can be equipped with a hydraulic tilting device (mod. 1053-1T-R and 1053-2T-R) to facilitate loading of the bales onto the feeding belt.
